Hotel was wonderful and fantastic, liked our stay.

Kaloor metro station was 15 min away.

Stayed at Retrieve Health & Wellness, had a blast! Super convenient location, great facilities, and lovely staff. Loved the à la carte breakfast and the peaceful surroundings. Definitely coming back!

Oh, and how could I forget the joy of not being able to try the shirodhara at the spa? Such a shame.

The place is neat, the room is new-fashioned, the staff is exceptionally nice and very welcoming. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with Netflix and rain shower, as for instance and care about everyone. Truly enjoyed our stay here and would come here again.

Everything was really perfect, personnel was amazingly nice and very welcoming. No complaints whatsoever, I had a fantastic stay and will choose it for sure for next trip...

Upon arrival, we were asked to pay in advance, which was unusual and a red flag for me. I later found out that the restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and gym were all closed due to construction. The manager agreed to issue a refund but failed to show up the next morning, leaving us feeling frustrated and deceived. The lack of transparency and inconvenience ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration for my husband.

The location here is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to us during our stay.

Our stay at Retrieve Health & Wellness was phenomenal. The suite we stayed in was absolutely luxurious, complete with a Jacuzzi that added an extra touch of relaxation. The spacious room had separate areas, making it feel like a true home away from home. Not to mention, the room was beautifully clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated their assistance with organizing transportation to our next destination and their willingness to store our luggage when needed.

The hotel is reasonably clean. I greatly enjoyed the new-fashioned rooms and extremely friendly staff. The location is prime - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Kaloor bus station/metro, train station, and shops. The twin room provided modern conveniences like climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The presence of bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus.

Here, the place's location is fantastic, being close to the Kaloor bus station and metro, as well as Munnar, and my room was clean and even had a rain shower and Netflix.
